  • Description

  • Notes

This clone is different from Olneya Tesota with its slightly faster growth rate, v-shaped upright form, and larger leaflets. Typically reaches a mature size of 20' x 20'. It has attractive gray bark and the stems are armed with thorns. In late spring there are masses of dusty lavender pea-like flowers. This handsome tree lends character to the landscape. Great for a security planting or specimen tree. Most common problem with this tree is overwatering. -Arid Zone Trees
Frost tolerant to 20 F.
