This agave grows quickly to 6' x 6'. Sisal is produced from this leaf and is a major crop in Chiapas, Mexico. This is a striking ornamental with bold rosettes and wide green leaves. Margins have no teeth but there is a sharp terminal spine. Be sure to give it plenty of room to grow.
Frost tolerant to 25 F.
